Plan Details
- 3-month minimum. It takes a few months for a developer to learn your system well. After that, plans continue month to month and can be canceled with 30 days' notice.
- Billed monthly in advance.
- Unused hours. Up to 25% of unused hours roll over to the next month, then expire.
- Emergencies come first. If your system goes down or data is at risk, we start work right away, whatever your plan's normal response time.
- Hours beyond your plan are billed only after you approve them.
- Change plans anytime. Upgrade at any time. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing month.
- Hosting and third-party services (servers, software licenses, APIs) are billed separately at cost, or directly to you.
